Welcome to Mosafir ("we", "us", "our"), a service operated by Coastart SARL, a company incorporated under the laws of Morocco. By accessing or using the Mosafir website at mosafir.ma or any associated mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Services Provided

Mosafir is an information platform that aggregates and presents bus schedules, intercity transport information, city guides, and attraction listings in Morocco. We do not sell tickets, process payments, or act as a transport operator. All scheduling and pricing information is sourced from third-party operators and is subject to change without notice. You must verify all bookings directly with the relevant operator.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3. User Accounts

Certain features require you to register for an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately at legal@mosafir.ma of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including text, images, logos, route data, city guides, and software — is owned by or licensed to Coastart SARL and is protected by Moroccan and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without prior written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Post or transmit any content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights.

6. Third-Party Content & Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, transport operator pages, and external resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties. Inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any information on the Service. Transport schedules, prices, and availability are provided by third-party operators and may be inaccurate or out of date. Always confirm information directly with the operator before traveling.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Coastart SARL and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including missed journeys, reliance on inaccurate schedules, or losses arising from third-party operator actions. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed MAD 500.

9. Mobile Applications — Apple App Store & Google Play

If you access the Service via our iOS or Android application, the following additional terms apply:

• Apple App Store: These Terms are between you and Coastart SARL only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App.
• Google Play: These Terms are between you and Coastart SARL only, not with Google LLC. Google is not responsible for the App or its content.
• You agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App (e.g., your wireless data service agreement).
• The App is licensed, not sold, to you for use strictly in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Casablanca, Morocco.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
