Your right to delete your data and account on Mosafir.

How to Delete Your Data

If you signed in to Mosafir using Facebook, you can request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. Choose one of the options below.

Delete directly from your account

On the website: log in and go to Settings → Delete Account. On the mobile app: open the Menu → Settings → Delete Account. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to your account, send us a deletion request from the email address associated with your Mosafir account.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile and login credentials.
  • Any saved trips, favorites, or preferences.
  • Any content you submitted (reviews, suggestions).
  • All personal data collected via Facebook Login.

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Some data may be retained for a limited period where required by law.
